FAHEY, HOLLY J. - It is with deep sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Holly J. Fahey, 53, of Beersville, at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday February 7, 2012, with her loving family at her side. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Hollis and Eleanor (Richardson) London. Holly was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a member and organist at Grangeville Baptist Church and served her church in various other capacities in past years. Holly enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening, music; but most importantly, being a mother and grandmother. Holly will be sadly missed by her husband of over 28 years, Ray Fahey; precious daughters, Ashley Fahey of Beersville and Emily Fahey (Luke Mesheau) of Moncton; cherished granddaughter, Nevaeh; mother-in-law, Edna Fahey of Beersville; sisters, Joanne McQuinn (Don), Jane McLaughlin (Wayne) and Gloria LeBlanc (Wilfred) all of Riverview; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, James “Jim”.
Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton, (858-1995) on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Service at Grangeville Baptist Church, Friday February 10, 2012 at 2:00 pm, Pastor Paul Leger officiating. Reception in the Church Hall following the service. Interment, Church Cemetery. In Holly’s memory, donations to the Grangeville Baptist Church, the Canadian Cancer Society or a memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
