WYMAN, Edith May – 90, of Yarmouth, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2012. Born January 30, 1922 in Yarmouth, she was a daughter of the late John and Violet Rogers of Yarmouth. She was predeceased by her husband on January 14, 2012, Carl Alexander Wyman. She is survived by daughter, Joanne (David) Sprague, Yarmouth; son, Garth (Janet) Wyman, South Ohio; grandchildren, Patrick (Christa) Churchill, Ottawa, Ont.; Ryan (Natalie) Churchill, Halifax; Laura Goodfellow, Paris, Ont.; Stacey Missios, Ottawa, Ont.; Amy Sprague, Ottawa, Ont.; Heather Wyman, Yarmouth; Lori Wyman, Overton; Sylvia Dalton, South Ohio; as well as many great grandchildren. Our Mom was tireless and kind, she loved her family and we all loved her affectionately as “Nan”. Cremation took place under the direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Yarmouth. There was no visitation or funeral service by family request. A private graveside service took place at Chebogue Cemetery Father Doug Chard officiated. Donations in Edith’s memory may be made to the Yarmouth Hospital Foundation or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
