Of Three Island Pond, Topsail passed peacefully away on February 10, 2012, in his 61st year. Harold Snow was Hal to his family and Hank to his friends and co-workers. He gave service as a Correctional Officer to Her Majesty’s Penitentiary for 28 years of his life. Hal was predeceased by his mother Margaret Ellen (Marnie) and father Douglas. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his loyal and faithful partner Julie Snow; sister Kathy (Neal Ludlow); his nephew Vance and his niece Bianca. Hal was the best Dad in the world to his step-daughters: Joy Drover (Steve) and Rachel Blake. Poppy Hal was dearly loved by his grandchildren: Sera, Will and Jack. also leaving to mourn his step-mother Grace Norman-Snow and her family; his Aunt Vera Stokes and her family; along with cousins in Ottawa, ON, Saint John, NB and Pointe des Chene, NB. He will be greatly missed by a large circle of friends especially Gary Eason and Anne Blake. A graveside service of committal will be held on Tuesday, February 14th at 2 p.m. at the Anglican Cemetery on Kenmount Road. In memoriam donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
