Sylvester Dunphy
We, the family of the late Sylvester Dunphy, would like to thank all of our wonderful relatives, friends, and neighbors who extended their love, support and friendship to our family during our recent loss. A special thank you goes out to those who traveled long distances. To everyone who visited, brought food to our homes, sent Mass cards,
sympathy cards, memorial and charitable donations, and phoned our homes, we are sincerely grateful. A special thank you to all the wonderful doctors, nurses, homecare workers, and staff at Buchanan Memorial Hospital and the Cape Breton Regional Hospital for all your wonderful care and attention to Dad over the years and especially in his final few days. Thank you to Father Dan MacDonald for our lovely family service. Our gratitude is also extended to the Choir, the Readers, the Altar Servers and the Eucharistic Ministers. The special tribute offered up by our local veterans was also greatly appreciated and would have made Dad very proud. Also a special thank you to
Jocelyn Barron and Shirley Donovan for the compassion and support they showed our family during this difficult time. Thank you to the CWL for preparing such a lovely luncheon after the service. To all those who made life easier by word or deed, thank you and God Bless. We will be forever thankful.
