Malia'm Marshall
We the family of the late Malia’n Marshall (Grandma K) would like to express our heart felt gratitude for everyone’s expressed condolences during her Wake and Funeral.
We would especially like to thank all of her friends and ours who visited her in our home and the hospital during her illness and time of passing: To those who served tea and brought food to the Wake, those who helped clean our house, the Band Council for the doors, gravelling the driveway and repairs to the front step, the boys who watched the sacred fire, the Eskasoni Ladies Auxiliary for cooking the meal at the Salitey, the Eskasoni Health Center and staff, especially Dr. Todd, for all their help and assistance. The Cape Breton Regional Hospital nurses; especially Kevin, Teedaze Paul and her special nurse Kelly. Also a special thanks to: her life long friends Dr. M.S. Virick and Mabel and her hero’s Dion Denny and P.J. Doucette. She would have been most grateful for the Salitey.
