Heidi was born October 23, 1955 in Lacombe, Alberta. She attended schools in Clive, Calgary, Innisfail, Drumheller and St. Paul Alberta, then after all that moving completed Grade 12 at North Kamloops Senior Secondary in 1974. She attended Cariboo College and then Simon Fraser University completing courses of study in Criminology and Nursing. Heidi worked in Kamloops for the Tranquille Institute and in Vancouver in the health care and restaurant industries. In the later years she most enjoyed helping and visiting with family and many extended family and friends.

Heidi was predeceased by her youngest brother Max in 1990 and her father Stanley in 2005.

Heidi is survived by her mother Jeanne, brother John, nephew Cole and niece Lara.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 1:00 P.M., followed by light refreshment in the parish hall.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Max Reginald David Pethybridge Memorial Bursary at Thompson Rivers University.
