Passed away suddenly at the Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville, on Sunday, February 19, 2012, David Hawkins of Clarenville, formerly of Buchans, aged 48 years. Predeceased by father George. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Christine of 23 years; daughter Katie; mother Bertha; sisters: Dianne Kean (Robert), Pauline Richards (David) and Terry-Lynn Tremblett; brothers: Kevin, Jerry and Harvey (Sylvia); parents-in-law: John (Bus) & Marina Kirby; sisters-in-law: Michele Walker (Stephen) and Chantal Reid (David); and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville on Wednesday, 1-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 23, 2012 at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Clarenville with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Celiac Association.
