IN LOVING MEMORY OF ALBERT MEYER March 6, 1919 ~ February 4, 2007 It is with great sadness the family of Albert Meyer announce Dad passed away peacefully at Royal Inland Hospital on February 4, 2007 at the age of 87 years. Albert was predeceased by his parents Hinrich and Christine, sister Herta, brother Willi in Germany and by his loving wife of 49.5 years Anneliese (Mom passed away on May 14, 1996). Albert leaves to cherish his memory two daughters Evelyn of Kamloops, B.C., and Christine (Matthew), three granddaughters Nicole, Daniella and Rebecca all of Hinton, Alberta; niece Lore Czymoch of Strathmore, Alberta; cousin Albert Hoer of Germany; and his friend and companion Lennie Wolf and family - Deidre and Dennis, Gary and Marlene, and Graeme and Anne. Albert and Anneliese immigrated to Canada in 1951. They lived in Edmonton, Alberta, Niton Junction, Edson, and Jasper, Alberta before retiring to Salmon Arm, B.C. and then to Kamloops. Albert was a member of Masonic Lodge #10, the Royal Arch Masons No. 18, Jasper Masonic Lodge and Edson Chapter #30. There will be a memorial service for Albert held at the Kamloops United Church, 421 St. Paul Street, Kamloops, B.C. on Wednesday, February 21st at 11:00 A.M. Reverend Bruce Comrie and Reverend Patricia McColl officiating. No flowers by request. If friends wish donations may be made to a charity of their choice.
