HEINEN John Johan Heinen passed away February 6, 2007 in Crofton, B.C. at the age of 56 years. He is survived by his faithful companion Buddy; son Eric (Shelly); grandson Sean; daughter Anita (David); grandchildren Soaryn, Kellan and James; sisters Helen, Martha and Marjo; brothers Archie and Berry; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his parents Anna and William; his brother Martin; and by his nephew Reggie. Born in the Netherlands in 1950, John immigrated to Canada with his family and spent his younger years in Ontario. John spent the next 37 years in BC residing mainly in Kamloops where he was well known in the road construction trade. John spent the last years of his life in Crofton; he spoke fondly of its beauty and the many fantastic people he met. John will be laid to rest in Kamloops joining his parents in their final resting place. A Celebration of John's Life will be held on Saturday, February 24th, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hal Rodgers Hall in Albert McGowan Park.
