WILE, Naomi Olive “Nin” — 84, of Kendall Heights, Currys Corner, Hants County, formerly of Lower Vaughans, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2012, at the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born on November 23, 1927, in Windsor Forks, Hants County, Nova Scotia, she was the daughter of the late Freeman and Elva (Wile) Hart. Naomi was a full time wife and mother, having raised her large family. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Peter) Anthony, Brooklyn, Queens County; her sons, Medford Wile, Toronto, Ontario; Fred (Helen) Wile, Centre Rawdon; David (Lynn) Wile, West Gore; Raymond (Jane) Wile, Centre Rawdon; Lawrence (Debbie) Wile, Scotch Village; Ernie (Cathy) Wile, Centre Rawdon; Melvin Wile, Vaughans; son-in-law, George Broome, New Russell; 16 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; brother, Roy (Bernice) Hart, Wile Settlement. Besides her parents, Freeman and Elva (Wile) Hart; she was predeceased by her husband, Roland H. Wile (1990); daughter, Madeline Broome; daughter-in-law, Kathy Wile; sisters, Marie Geddes, Mable Hart, and Jean Sherman; brothers, Cecil, John “Jack”, and Creighton. A graveside service was 2 p.m. Monday, March 5, 2012, at the Vaughans Community Cemetery, Highway 14, Lower Vaughans. The Rev. Tom Henderson officiated.
