CLARK, GEORGE - George Douglas Clark, 89, of Woodstock, NB, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at the Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville, NB. George was born in Woodstock, NB on October 26, 1922, son of the late Abram and Emma (Clowes) Clark. George is survived by his son; Allan Clark (Judy), Oakville, NB, daughter; Valerie Curtis (Richard), Saint John, NB, daughter in law, Ruth Clark, Sussex, NB, grandchildren; Angela Carson (Doug), Barb Daley (Jeff), Brian Clark, Corey Clark (Laura), Katie Findlater (Glendon), several great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. George was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Besides his parents, George was predeceased by his wife Mattie (Foster) Clark, son, George Clark, sister, Lillian Schriver, brothers; Earl Clark and Kenneth Clark.
Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Thursday from 1 to 2. Funeral service will be held from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday at 2 PM. Interment will be held in the Grafton Cemetery at a later date.
