Léo-Paul Cormier
CORMIER, LÉO- PAUL - Léo-Paul Cormier, 66 husband of Lorette (Cormier) Cormier of Forest Street, Cap-Pelé passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 athis residence with his family by his side. Born May 13, 1945 in Bouctouche he was the son of the late Alban and Florida (Després) Cormier. Before retirement he was employed with Iron Workers local 842 as a welder and Canadian Welding Bureau as a Welding Inspector. He will be greatly missed by his wife Lorette Cormier; three sons: Steven (Tina) of Dieppe, Chris and Keith both of Cap-Pelé; four sisters: Bernice Cormier (Charles Omer), Yvette McEwan, Rita Richard (Laurie) all of Cap-Pele, Louisa Ouellette (Daniel Sirois) of Petit Cap; three brothers: Emery (Anise) of Cap-Pele, Roger (Loretta) of Grand-Barachois, Aubrey (Angie) of P.E.I.; two granddaughters: Mylène and Kathrine; as well as several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his granddaughter, Véronique.
Visitation at Funérarium Frenette, 2642 Acadie Rd., Cap-Pelé (577-3297) on Friday, March 23 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, March 24, from 9:30 a.m. until time of departure (10:15 a.m.) The funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap-Pelé, on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
