BOUDREAU, LINA - Lina Boudreau, 90, of the Residence Bellcourt and formerly of Main Street, Shediac, passed away at the Dr. George-L.-Dumont Hospital surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday, March 25, 2012. Born April 8th, 1921 in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late George and Alice (Bourque) Vautour. Lina will be greatly missed by her seven children: Zoel (Marie) of Dieppe, Angela Hollett (Albert) of Fredericton, Adelard (Aline) of Shediac, Melas of Shediac, Yolande Belliveau (Yvon Robert) of Shediac, Florence Brydges (Leslie) of Scoudouc and Marc (Jeanette) of Shediac; four sisters: Rita Bourgeois and Elizabeth Richard both of Shediac, Evangeline Richard of Dieppe and Laura Vautour of Moncton; two brothers: Pat Vautour (Jeanette) of Barachois and Emile Vautour (Rose) of Shediac; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, Camille Boudreau (1980); an infant son, Marcel; a sister, Alma; three brothers: Alphonse, Edgar and Euclide; and by a grandson, Christopher.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) on Thursday, March 29 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Joseph R.C. Church, Shediac, on Friday, March 30, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In memory of Lina, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or donor’s choice.
