Passed away at Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on Saturday, March 31, 2012, Edward G Rogers of Grand Bank, age 71 years. Predeceased by parents William George & Alvina Rogers. Leaving to mourn: wife Betty, Brother Charles (Dorothy), Sister Mary Grandy & Joe, sister-in-law Mary (Ches). Also a circle of nieces, nephews and other relatives and Special friends. Funeral Service was conducted by Rev. Rick Marsh from Grand Bank United Church at 2pm on Tuesday, April 3rd. Interment followed at United Church Cemetery, Grand Bank. Organist was Eileen Evans. Pall Bearers were: Charlie Rogers, Chesley Cluett, Edward Cooper, Bill Baker, Harry Clements, Paul Hawkins, Henry Hickman & Joe Norman. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of Warren's Funeral Home, Grand Bank.
