Ava passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2012 from complications of pneumonia. Ava was like sunshine, our lives were brighter just to have known her. She was beautiful and smart, and carried her emotions on her sleeve; you knew when she was happy and definitely knew when she wasn't. In her short time on earth she touched more lives than seems possible for someone so young; she was incredible. Our sweet angel has left behind her Mommie Patricia Glasser (Buster) of Moose Jaw and Daddy Derrick Thompson of Clayton, ON; grandparents Don Glasser (Tracey) of Weyburn, Donna Keith (Pat) of Coaldale, AB, Teresa and Wayne Thompson of Clayton, ON; great grandparents Clo Glasser of Regina, Dorothy Keith of Regina, Keith and Marion Thompson of Carleton Place, ON; aunts and uncles Dan Glasser (Trisha) of Moose Jaw, Janice Glasser (Keith) of Regina, Douglas Glasser (Victoria) of Moose Jaw, DJ Glasser (Nicole) of Estevan, Jennifer Greyling (Joel) of Almonte, ON, Matty Thompson of Clayton, ON, Cathy Glasser (Auntie Coffee) of Regina and Tony Glasser of Regina; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. A CELEBRATION OF AVA’S LIFE will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Monday, April 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ava may be made to Ronald McDonald House, 1011 University Drive, Saskatoon, SK S7N 0K4.
