The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Saturday, April 7, 2012, of Gordon Myers, of Borden-Carleton, aged 73 years.
Born in North Carleton, he was the son of the late Heber and Edna (Campbell) Myers. Survived by his wife Caroline (Clark) Myers; children Brenda (Justin) Peters, Helen Myers, and Darrell Myers; grandchildren Jason Peters, Alex Gallant and Brandon Myers; brother Wendell (Audrey) Myers; sisters Freda (Bannie) Coughlin and Jeanette Barlow; and by brother-in-law Clare Clark.
Predeceased by his daughter Linda Myers; brother-in-law David Barlow; and by his sister-in-law Connie Clark.
Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Wednesday, then to Bedeque Baptist Church, Central Bedeque, for funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Bedeque Baptist Church Cemetery, Central Bedeque. Visiting hours Tuesday from 2-4 and 7–9 p.m.
