It is with great sadness we announce the death of Eileen A. Profitt (nee Howard) of Kensington and formerly of Margate aged 82 years at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Monday April 9, 2012. Born in Margate, Feb. 1, 1930, daughter of the late W. Chester and Elsie L. (Mayhew) Howard. Wife of the late Harold Profitt. Mother of Wayne (Wendy); Brian (Mary Lou); Garth (Nan); Marsha; Lynn (Alan) Taylor; and Danny (Lisa). Grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Sister of Marion Johnstone. Sister-in-law of Vera Howard Dekker, and Lloyd (Gwen) Profitt. Predeceased by her brother Ralph Howard and brother-in-law Ralph Johnstone. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Wednesday evening from 6:30-9. Funeral Thursday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Margate United Church Cemetery. If so desired contributions may be made to Margate United Church Cemetery Fund.
