Passed peacefully away in the presence of his wife and daughter at his daughter’s residence in Stephenville on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at the age of 73 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Carole and his daughter, Sandra (Roger) Bennett of Stephenville, 2 granddaughters: Sarah and Hannah, 3 sisters: Violet (Charlie) Eddy of Green’s Harbour, Rosalind (Wesley) Newhook of Dunville, Kathi (Alfred) Stacey of Carbonear and a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Llewellyn and Lottie Penney and his niece, Lori Bryant. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held on the afternoon of Saturday, April 21st beginning at 2 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge, St. Clare Avenue, Stephenville. As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, donations to MADD or to the Shriner’s or to a charity of one’s choice would be greatly appreciated.
