GIBSON, Stanley John
March 1953 to Feb 2012. It is with great sadness that we announce that Stanley passed away after a brave struggle with cancer at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto. The happiest years of his life were with his wife Jackie Cummings and his dog Scampi. He was a wonderful son, born with disabilities but overcame them with a wonderful sense of humour. He was the much loved son of John Logan Gibson & Morita Gibson (Dixon); stepson of Anthony Dixon (Tony) & father of Nicholas Gibson; half-brother to Denis Easey & Carrol Easey (Clarkson); numerous nieces and nephews. Rest in peace love, we know you are in God’s care now. The internment of Stanley’s remains will be placed in the family plot in Shelburne at a later date.
