August 31, 1967 - April 21, 2012. With saddened hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Son, Husband, Brother, Father, Gerry Pinsent of Bellevue, who tragically passed away on April 21, 2012 at the Health Sciences Centre. Leaving to mourn his wife Cheryl Smith, four children; Ashley, Brady (step-son), Taylor (step-daughter) and Brooklyn; his parents Anthony and Marie Pinsent, sister Kimberly Newhook (Derick), brother Joe Pinsent, nephew and niece Sean and Colleen Pinsent, parents-in-law Nina and Allan Smith; sister-in-law Jennifer Brace (Jerome), brothers-in-law Daryl, Darcy, Andy; many good friends especially Ernie Walsh and Glen Pinsent; his co-workers at Seabase Ltd./Seamanning Service Ltd. Gerry will be sadly missed by so many people in the communities of Bellevue and Chance Cove, there are too many people to mention – Gerry had a free and wild spirit and loved a good bucket of chicken. Resting at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Bellevue.
