Suddenly at home on May 5, 2012, at the age of 59.
He was predeceased by parents, John William and Dorothy Mary (nee Armitage) Keddy, formerly of Kensington, PEI, and nephew Michael Wassenaar. John is survived by sister Sandra (Lou) Wassenaar, Thunder Bay, Ontario, and brother Jim (Sarah) Keddy, Aylesford, Nova Scotia; seven nieces and nephews; and special canine friend, MaAster Winston.
Family and friends may gather at First United Church on Monday after 11:30 a.m., followed by a memorial service for John at 1 p.m. Interment in National Military Cemetery at Beechwood Cemetery.
In memoriam donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation appreciated.
