It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we, the family, announce the passing of Don Johnson on May 12th, 2012 in his 82nd year. Predeceased by his mother Ina MacRobson and father Donald Johnson (senior) both of Nova Scotia. Leaving to mourn his loving and dedicated wife of 59 years, Florence (Harris), sons: Peter (Pauline), Michael (Valerie); daughter: Cathy (Dion). Greatly missed by grand children Steven, David, Olivia and Matthew. Alsoremembered by sisters-in-law Lillian Miller, Shirley Mayhew and Barbara Trefry, as well as a large circle of nephews, nieces other relatives and friends. Don has touched the hearts of many and will be sadly missed by all. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Rd. on Sunday from 7-9 p.m., Monday and Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday May 16, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church.
