Evelyn Baillie, age 70, of Merritt, B.C. passed away on Wednesday, May 9 after a lengthy illness.

Mom is survived by her sister Eileen Miles, children Manny (Carol), Schultz (Amy), Lisa (Mike), Lori (Don), and special niece Jackie (Wayne), 11 grandchildren and 1 great grand-daughter.

Mom touched so many people’s lives and we are blessed to have had extra time with her.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Medical Clinic, Paramedics, Nurses, Home care and Dr. Van De Merwe, for their ongoing care.

Thank you to all the friends who have offered ongoing support and comfort to Mom and us through it all.
