KENNEDY, Theresa– 1927–2012. Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family on May 17th, 2012, Theresa Kennedy, aged 85 years. Predeceased by her parents Edmund and Clara Kennedy, brothers Dominic, Pat, Ed and Ben and sisters Anne and Mary, as well as her brother-in-law Cyril Sears Sr. and sister-in- law Mary Nelson. Leaving to mourn her two devoted sisters: Clara (Bill) Picco, Catherine (Jim) Tarrant; brother Peter (Imelda) Kennedy; special sisters-in-law: Hilda (Kennedy) and Doreen (Kennedy); and two very special nieces Ann Marie (Greg) Grenning and Mary (Gary) Wall for the love and devotion they have shown her over the years, and a large number of nieces, nephews and cousins. Leaving behind are her close friends: Cindy, Ruby, and roommate Cathy. A special thank you to Third East nursing and support staff of Hoyles Escasoni for their kindness and compassion to Theresa and our family. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Friday, May 18th from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, May 19th from 10:00 - 1:00 p.m. Funeral service will take place from Caul’s Chapel on Saturday, May 19th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
