Ronald Leroy Austin passed away peacefully Sunday, May 20, 2012 at home with his family by his side. He was the oldest of seven children born to Arthur and Lillian Austin of Bateman. He married Helen Hoehn, October 18, 1954 and they moved to Moose Jaw to make their home. He is predeceased by their infant son Arthur Ronald in 1955. Ronald is survived by his loving wife Helen of 54 years, and children Debbie Tondevold (Craig) of Leader, SK, Rhonda LaLonde (Murray) of Tuxford, SK, Darrell (Natali) of Medicine Hat, AB, Geoffery (Sue) of Edmonton, AB. He will be missed by his nine grandchildren Carla (Steve), Aaron, Jennifer, Brett (Aaron), Jessica (Bryan), Christy, Tyler, Spencer, Noah and five great-grandchildren Skylar, Levi, Jaxson, Hayley, and Cole, sisters Dorothy Austin, Jean Schmidt, and brother Gilbert (Evelyn) and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Ronald is predeceased by his parents, brothers Lloyd and Glen, and sister Bernice. Ron retired from Saskatchewan Brewers Association with 33 years of service. Flowers gratefully declined, donations can be made to a charity of your choice. A Memorial Service will be held at Parkview Funeral Chapel on Friday, May 25, 2012 at 2:00 pm.
