Passed peacefully away on Monday, May 21st, 2012, at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, Mildred Rogers, age 94 years. Predeceased by her husband Gordon (1992). Leaving to mourn her loving and devoted daughter Margaret Doyle (Vince); son Bill Rogers (Linda); grandchildren: Donna Bennett (Raymond), Bev O’Toole, Kelly Hammond (Marco Santo), Carol Legere, David Butler, Noelle Rogers and Gord Rogers (Vanessa); great-grandchildren: Bradley O’Toole, Andrew Bennett, Rodney O’Toole, Randolph McCormack, Andrew Banfield, Nathan Banfield, Christopher Butler, Kyle Butler, Elizabeth Rogers and Alexandria Rogers; great-great-grandchildren: Jordan, Bradyn and longtime friend Kay Whitten. Special thank you to Dr. Lawrence Alteen and Tilly O’Brien and the staff of St. Patrick’s Mercy Home for their kindness and compassion over the past six years. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Wednesday from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, May 24th, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. from Caul’s Chapel. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in her memory to St. Patrick’s Mercy Home.
