MILLER, Ethel Grace – 84, Truro. With saddened hearts we announce the passing of Ethel Grace (McMaster) Miller on Sunday, June 3, 2012, at Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born March 29, 1928, in Manganese Mines, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Christina (MacKenzie) McMaster. Ethel is survived by her daughter, Diane (Robert) Smith, Truro; granddaughter, Grace (Dale) Weatherbee, Belmont; grandsons, Stephen, Truro; Gary (Michelle), Greenfield; great granddaughter, Kaila Smith, Truro; great grandson, Travis Smith, Truro; sisters, Kathleen McLaren, Edna (Ronnie) Crowe, Marguerite Harvey, Truro; Jean (Rufus) McCallum, Marjorie Bryson, Hilden; Isabel (Bob) Baisley, Moncton; brothers, Robert (Velma) McMaster, Timberlea; Hughie (Linda) McMaster, North River; Walter (Florence) McMaster, Donald (Betty Jean) McMaster, Bible Hill; many nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Almon Miller; sister, Helen Ward; brothers, Stanley, Alfred, Ernest, Frank. Special thanks are extended to the nursing staff of 2 North and 4 South for the great care they have provided and also a special thanks to Dr. Munroe and Dr. Singh. Honouring Ethel’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Private family interment will be held in Riverside Cemetery, Upper Stewiacke.
