Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on June 6, Gertrude Pearson of Petite Forte age 80 years.
Leaving to mourn sons George (Maureen) of Petite Forte and Carl (Phyllis) of Petite Forte; daughters Madonna (Dermot) of Petite Forte, Anita (Fidelis) of Petite Forte, Sheila (Johnnie) of Petite Forte, Evelyn (Mike) of Petite Forte, Debbie (Wayne) of Petite Forte and Brenda (Joe) of Marystown; 30 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren plus a large circle of other family and friends
Predeceased by husband Michael; son Michael Jr. and daughter Brenda; sisters Clara Brown of Grand Falls and Mary Traverse of Placentia; brothers Thomas of Petite Forte and Phil of Marystown.
Funeral Mass to take place Holy Rosary Church, Petite Forte on Saturday, June 8th with interment following at RC Cemetery, Petite Forte.
