It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gerald George Heath announces his passing in Picton, Ontario on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at the age of 52 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his mother Betty Heath; children; Tara-Lynn Tucker and Gerald Curtis; grandchildren: Shayna and Keisha; brother: Tom Heath (Toni); sisters: Joanne Hurley (Wilson) and Elaine Dimopoulos (Bill); and Jerry’s dear and loyal buddie Gerald Palmer who made Gerald’s last years of life very rewarding. He enjoyed taking care of the little horses so, so much… and Chico watching to see who was going to be champ in cribbage. You will be greatly missed and fondly remembered. He is predeceased by his father Thomas Heath (2008), grandparents: Sophie and Silas Heath, and Mary and Alex McLeod. Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Monday, January 4, 2010 from 7-9 pm and on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will take place at The Salvation Army Citadel, Premier Drive on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 2 pm with Majors Robert and Cassie Kean officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
