JERALD ALEXANDER MACLEOD
Jerald Alexander MacLeod, 66, Gardiner Mines/ (Sioux Lookout) Ontario
It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Jerald (Jerry) on June 13, 2012 with his family by his side. Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late James and Mary Jane MacLeod of Gardiner Mines. He attended school in the local area and Dominion. In the early sixties he moved to Ontario and married his wife Madeliene. They had two daughters, Odette and Lorraine (Glenn) and one son Robert. Jerry was the proud grandfather of six and a great grandfather of two, he loved them all dearly. Jerry enjoyed life, loved to fish, hunt and spend many happy times at his summer cottage with his wife and family. Predeceased by his twin sister Janet and brother Leslie, he is survived by his brothers James and Ron (Sheila) USA, Gregory (Joanne) Vancouver. A Service for Jerry was held in Sioux Lookout, where he was laid to rest beside his parents. He will be missed by all his relatives and good friends in Cape Breton.
