Louise Pauline Talbot passed away peacefully with her children by her side in Lethbridge, Alberta on Monday, July 30, 2012 at the age of 73 years. Louise is survived by three children Tim (Sheri) Talbot of Edmonton, Alberta, Derek (Ange) Talbot of Lethbridge, Alberta and Leanne Turner of Lethbridge, Alberta; three grandchildren Cheyenne, Claire and Sarah. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Terry Kluth of Ottawa, Ontario and family. She was predeceased by her parents Ernest and Mary Magnuson and sister Lucille Kluth. Louise was the first child born to Ernest and Mary Magnuson on a farm near Moose Jaw. She enjoyed many different jobs during her life from cutting meat at a grocery store to working at a hospital and for an ophthalmologist and finally working many years with Alberta Mental Health Services before retirement. Louise had many friends and enjoyed starting up conversations with everyone she met. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by those she loved dearly. A celebration of Louise’s life will be held at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 2406 - 11 Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. She chose to be laid to rest with her parents in Moose Jaw. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Condolences may be forwarded by visiting our website at www.southlandfuneral.com.
