GAVEL, Josephine Pearl - Peacefully at Community Nursing Home, Port Hope, Ontario on Tuesday, August 7th, 2012. Pearl was 2 weeks shy of her 99th birthday. Beloved wife of the late John Gavel. Loving mother of the late Alvin, James and Ross Gavel. Dear mother-in-law of Ellen Gavel of Greensboro NC and Helen Gibb-Gavel of Kingston, Ontario. Loving remembered grandmother of Ruth (Larry), Mary-Ellen (Rick), Catherine(David), Edna (Brian), Bonnie (Ron), Iean (Jean) and Chris (Alissa). Sadly missed by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her siblings Ken, Ivan and Carrie Roberts.
