PATRIQUIN, ARMINA ROSE - (1928 - 2012) - Mrs. Armina Rose Patriquin of North Head Grand Manan Island passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, August 9, 2012. She was born in Grand Harbour the daughter of the late Russell and Eva (Brown) Huntley. Armina loved going to church, singing the old-time gospel hymns, and taking walks. After the death of her second husband Jess, Armina later found Stan and they enjoyed each other’s companionship for over thirty years. She is survived by her husband Stanley Patriquin of North Head, one son Perry Stanley of Brunswick, Me., and one sister Mrs. Della Keating of North Head, three grandchildren and three step grandchildren, one great grandchild. She was predeceased by one step son Stanley, one sister Belva Linton, her brother Vance Huntley, first husband George, also her second husband Jess Foster.
Visiting will take place from the North Head Wesleyan Church on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will take place from the church on Tuesday at 1:30 pm with Rev. Jasper Rideout officiating. Interment will follow at the North Head Community Cemetery. Armina’s family has requested donations may be made to the Charlotte County Cancer Society.
