SOUCOUP, KATHLEEN GRACE (GRAY) - 1927 - 2012 - Kathleen Soucoup, of 77 Gorge Road., Moncton, NB, passed away at her residence on 14 August 2012 at the age of 84 under the loving care of the ProTem staff. She was predeceased by her husband, James Nelson Soucoup (1921 - 1988), parents, Gurney Alfred Gray (1905 - 1989), Rose Mable Leaman (1905 - 2004), brother Gurney Alfred Gray, Jr. (1925)and sister Elizabeth Mable Gray (1925 - 2006). Born in Moncton, New Brunswick, she was a charter and active member of Mountain View United Church of Canada in Moncton and a life time member of the United Church Women. She is survived by daughters, Gail Soucoup (Henry Drew), Ammon, NB; Susan Soucoup, Moncton, NB; Janet Soucoup (Kenneth McBeath, Stephen Hurst), Summerside, PEI; William Soucoup (Kimberly Hicks); Gallagher Ridge, NB and Trudy Soucoup (Kevin Lautz) Olympia, WA, USA. She was very proud of her grandchildren, Matthew Brennan, Daniel Brennan (Natalie Shaw), Kathleen McBeath (Steven Knox), Alexander McBeath (Cassandra Cail), Jesse McBeath, Lauren McBeath, JD (James David) Lautz and her three great grandchildren; Andrew Newhook, Nathaniel Brennan and William Knox, many nieces and nephews and her brother Stanley Gray, Hepworth, ON.
Interment will be in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens, 1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton (506) 852- 3530. A celebration of her life will be held on her birthday, August 18, 2012 between 2pm to 4pm at the Fair Haven Funeral Home. Donations may be made to charity of your choice.
