We, the family of the late Douglas (Doug) Rutherford, who passed away on May 29, 2012, wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to the many friends and neighbours who showed their support during the recent death of our husband, father and grandfather. The many acts of kindness shown to us during this difficult time helped to ease the pain of our loss. Thank you to all who sent cards, flowers, donations, phoned and brought food to our home. We wish to thank Dr. Peter Jackson and Dr. Margaret Fraser for their care and compassion shown to Dad over the years. Also to Chant's Funeral Home for their kindness and assistance shown during this difficult time. Thank you to Rev. Tommy Whent and Rev. Dana Feltmate for their beautiful service, to the Choir and to the ladies of the Church for the wonderful lunch they provided after the service. Thank you to Lori and Wendy in the Church office for all your assistance. Finally, to all who attended and participated in the Masonic Service, thank you; Dad would have been so proud.
