Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, August 18, 2012, with family at her side, of Alice Lorraine (Sally) MacDonald (nee Clements) of Union Road, age 68 years.
Beloved mother of Michael MacDonald and Sean Smith. Sally is also survived by her mother Josie Clements (nee MacKenzie); granddaughter, Kaian; sisters, Myrna Ladner, Jackie Olafson, Sandra Clements and Kaye Holmes (Bloyce); brothers, David Clements (Eva) and Charles Clements; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Lowell Clements.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation on Monday, August 20, 4-7 p.m. There will be no funeral service. There will be a graveside service at the Church of Scotland Cemetery, Milo, on Tuesday, August 21, at 2 p.m.
As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Hillsboro Funeral Home would be appreciated.
