CAMERON, LUELLA "LOU" - 1926 - 2012 - Cameron, Luella "Lou", 86, formerly of Riverview, NB; passed away at ProTem Health Services Inc in Moncton, on Friday, September 14, 2012. Born in Moncton on April 4, 1926; she was the daughter of the late George and Georgie (McBrien) Wetmore. A Federal Government employee, she retired from Transport Canada in 1986. Luella was a charter member of the Riverview Baptist Church and a long time member of the Cathy McGorman Women's Missionary Society. She is survived by her daughter Karen Close (Brian) of Saint John, NB; her son Keith Cameron (Patti) of Upper Coverdale; four grandchildren Dawn Kerr (Tim), Christopher Close (Melissa), Brody Cameron (Sunny) and Emily Agostini (Rocco); six great grandchildren Ryan, Emma, Cooper, Bennett, Sara and Luciano; one brother Elmer Wetmore of Moncton; two sisters Iva Bradley (Leverette) of Brown's Flatts and Florida and Lois Faulkner (Bernard) of Moncton and by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Robert (BC) Cameron in 2003 and by a sister Beulah Garland.
Visitation will be held at the Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd. Riverview on Monday, September 17, 2012 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. The memorial service will be held at the Riverview Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 1:30 pm with Rev. Jonathan Gorham officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Moncton, NB. Donations in Lou's memory made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by her family.
