– Passed peacefully away at the age of 89 in the presence of her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Joseph Norman; her son Bill Norman; her parents William and Katie Mae Taylor; brothers Allan, James and Albert; sisters Margaret and Clara and special friend Bill MacGillivray. Left to celebrate her life are her son Don Norman (Jeanita); her daughter Sharyn Byrne (Ken); her daughter-in-law Tracy Norman; her sisters: Rita Power, Gertrude Greene and Sr. Mary Taylor (Presentation Convent); her brother-in-law Patrick Norman; sisters-in-law: Florence Taylor and Mary Norman; her loving grandchildren: Susan Norman (Gerry), Joe Norman (Deanna), Adam Byrne, Alyson Byrne (Martin), Jonathan Norman, Andrew Norman, Ashley Norman, Petrina Scammell (Rene); her great-grandchildren: Zachary and Oscar Jones, Alex, Samantha and Sarah Norman, and Katelyn and Patrick Scammell; her special niece Lynda as well as many other nieces, nephews and an abundance of friends. Special thank you to the staff of Meadow Creek Retirement Home and Agnes Pratt Nursing Home for their exceptional care and attention to Mom. She was so dearly loved, an inspiration to all who knew her and a woman ahead of her time. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Monday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, September 19th, 2012 from Corpus Christi Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Belvedere Cemetery.
