It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of HELDON FREDRICK BAKER, age 65, from Weybridge, at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on September 14, 2012. Predeceased by parents, Jake and Susie Baker, brother, Ron, sisters, Louise and Lily, father-in-law,Harry George. Heldon leaves to mourn with many fond and loving memories, his wife Carol (nee George), sons, Mike (Kim) ,Wayne, (Pearl), daughters, Cindy (Dale Benson), Michelle (Cory Devereaux), grandchildren, Stephanie (Jamie), Andrew, Michael, Robin and Samantha ,mother-in-law, Anna Gertrude George, brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends. He was a wonderful father, husband, grandfather, brother-in law and uncle and will be deeply missed by everyone that knew him. Rested at Vardy's Funeral Home , Hickman's Harbour, and Central United Church, Elliott's Cove. The funeral service , officiated by Rev. Vera Abbott, took place on Monday, September 17, 2012 from the Central United Church, Elliott's Cove with interment following at the United Church Cemetery, Weybridge.
