GREENE, ALANNA - (November 21, 1982 - September 23, 2012) - The tragic death of Alanna Greene occurred in Moncton on September 23rd 2012 leaving parents, Robyn (Barnes) and Seth Greene, Petitcodiac (formally of Riverview), to mourn. She is survived by sisters, Alicia (Lauri) Ketola of Ventura, CA; and Samantha (Conrad Hachey) Greene of Riverview. Grandmothers, Kathryn (Ogilvie) Barnes, Moncton; and Gertrude (Crossman) Greene, Riverview. She also leaves several aunts and uncles; Jim Barnes, Lisa (Stephen) Whiteley, Lori Barnes, David (Angella) Greene, Ruth (Gerard) Caissie and Philip (Margo) Greene. Cousins; Madison, Sam, Chelsea, Kailee, Ashley, Lewis, Hannah, Sarah, Katie, Sofie and Douglas; and friends who loved her dearly. She was predeceased by Grandfathers: James Barnes and Glendon Greene; and her uncle, Jeff Barnes. She attended Crandall University and was employed with Rogers Communications. DancEast was an important part of Alanna’s life, and she will be remembered for her role as Clara in the Nutcracker Suite. Alanna’s warmth, spirit, intelligence, kind heart and infectious smile will never be forgotten. She is dancing with the angels!
Visitation will take place at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 26th, from 3 to 5 and 6 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Thursday, September 27th, at 2:00 pm, Rev. Greg Jones presiding.
