1941 - 2012. It is with great sadness that the family of the late Caroline Budgell R.N. (Budge) announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Center on September 24, 2012, at the age of 71. Caroline retired from the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Center in 1996. She was predeceased by her parents Eric and Sylvia Budgell; sister, Wilhemina (Willie) Budgell, and brother-in-law Don MacDonald. Left with fond and loving memories are brothers: Douglas (Mary) of Ottawa, Ontario, John (Betty) of Grand Falls-Windsor, and Hubert (Teresa) of Mount Pearl; sisters: Rosalind Budgell and Elizabeth MacDonald of Grand Falls-Windsor. Also leaving to mourn are much beloved nephews and nieces as well as a large circle of friends and neighbors. Reverend Royden Reynolds will conduct the funeral service at the Memorial United Church on Thursday, September 27, 2012. Interment will be at the Memorial United Cemetery in Grand Falls-Windsor. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes in Grand Falls-Windsor. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in her memory to the Memorial United Church Building and Maintenance Fund.
