KELLY, BARBARA ANN - It is with tremendous sadness we announce the passing of Barbara Ann Kelly. Born in Kingsclear, NB, she was a daughter of the late Norman and Evelyn (Myshrall) King and wife of the late Donald Kelly. She gave total devotion and uncompromising care to her husband and her mother. Barb was also a very dedicated and loving mother and grandmother, who cherished her time at her summer camp at Lake George with family and friends. She spent her entire adult life as a resident of 132 Golf Club Road. Barb adored her friends and neighbours, especially her weekly “lunch with the girls”. She is lovingly survived by her five children Ronald (Jane) of Edmonton, AB, Stephen (Beth) of Fredericton, Heather of Fredericton, Tim (Elisa) of Markham, ON, David (Kim) of Fredericton; five grandchildren Andrew, Robert, Katelyn, Lauren and Mallory; four brothers Johnny King (Bette), Robert King (Marilee), Paul Gibson (Joanne), Arthur Gibson (Sharon); one sister Debbie Gibson; several nieces, nephews and cousins, also her special friend Evelyn Clarke.
The family will receive friends at Bishop’s Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton on Thursday October 4, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 2:00 pm at a location yet to be determined. Interment will be held in the Rural Extension Cemetery. Contributions to the Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada, Canadian Diabetes Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
