Passed away suddenly at her home on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2012 in her 62nd year. Predeceased by her parents Stan and Ellen Kelly and brother-in-law Vince Hearty. Leaving to celebrate her life, her lifelong companion and sister Diane, sister Mame, niece Pauline, nephew Paul, the Keats, Foley, Redding and Byrne families, as well as a large circle of extended family, friends and special Aunt Ag. The family would like to extend our deepest appreciation and thanks to the Health Care dialysis units. In particular the Waterford unit for the wonderful care provided over the past several years. At Pat’s request, cremation will take place with no visitation or flowers.
