Passed peacefully away at home at 190 Empire Avenue on March 4, 2008 at the age of 68 years. Awaiting his arrival in God's everlasting garden are his wife Phyllis (2007), his sons: Christopher (1970) and Peter Jr. (1981), his father Peter (1944) and his mother Caroline (1992). Left with a lifetime of cherished memories are his children: Anne Marie and her children Deanne and Danielle; Eleanor and her children Michael, Christopher and the pride and joy of his life Ricki-Lynn; Paul (Tina) and his children Robyn (Will Bartlett) and Brandon; Deanne and her children Trevor and Ashley and Kenny (Ruby) and his children Michael, Mark, Kenneth and Preston. Peter was the proud great-grandfather to Tyler, Launa-Jane and Jonathan. Also leaving to mourn are his brothers: Jack (Mary), Tom, Patrick and one sister Jean (Norm); as well as the Morgan family and many other friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place from St. Teresa's Church, Mundy Pond Road on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 2 p.m. with internment to take place at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
