Passed away very peacefully surrounded by family at Conestoga Lodge Friday October 12, 2012 at the age of 72. Beloved mother of Aubrey (Laura) Nelson, Violet Spence, Charlene (Steve Ivancic) Bain, Leonard “Paul” (Kerry) Nelson and Ronald (Kristine Cummings) Brant. Cherished grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Ron Brant and Barney Brant.
Predeceased by brother Doug, sisters Kay and Bea and grandsons Michael and Kyle.
There will be no services held for Jo-Anne due to her wishes. Her body has been donated to medical science. Donations can be made to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind or the Lung Association through the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467
