The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, of Amos William Coughlin of Summerside and formerly of North Enmore, aged 75 years. Amos was born on Jan. 7, 1937, in Alberton, to his late parents Fred and Annie (nee Shaw) Coughlin. Survived by the following brothers and sisters: Jessie Cameron of Milburn, Etta (Johnny) Doyle of Tignish, Betty Pye of Summerside, Freeman (Mary) of Milburn, and Gerry (Mamie) of Milo. Beside his parents Amos was predeceased by his brother Floyd, brothers-in-law Ernest Cameron and Nelson Pye. By family request there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held.
