Passed peacefully away on November 2, 2012. Wayne F. King, CA PhD aged 69 years, son of the late Cyril and Nellie King. Survived by his wife, Maureen (Dunne), daughter, Karen (Chris Hudson), son Michael and two grandchildren, Megan and Eric Hudson. Sisters Linda Janes (Frank), Denise Doyle (John), Carol Malone(Wayne), Lois O’Keefe (Barry) and brother Neil (Maureen Baker), sisters-in-law Diane Colford (Bob) and Helen Cuff, brother-in-law Jim Dunne (Maureen), special sister-in-law Marian Barry (Brian Murray), nieces and nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends; his colleagues and students at the MUN Faculty of Business. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. Visitation from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, November 4 and Monday, November 5 from 1-3 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will take place on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Francis of Assisi Church, Outer Cove.
