GETCHELL, MELVIN - At the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, N.B, on November 2, 2012, Melvin Robert Getchell of Mayfield, N.B. Husband of Dorothy Noreen (Lewis) Getchell and son of the late Hazen Getchell and Berla (Cumberland) Powers. Survived by his wife; brothers, Wayne Getchell (Eleanor) of St. Stephen, N.B., and Kenny Getchell (Cathy) of St. Stephen, N.B.; sisters, Sandra Genis of St. Stephen, N.B., and Joan Clark of Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
By request, there will be no funeral service. A graveside service will be announced at a later time.
