It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Lawrence “Larry” Benoit announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Monday, November 5, 2012 at the age of 83 years. He will be sadly missed by his two brothers: Andrew (Mary) of Stephenville, Mattis (Vonnie) of Lower Cove, two sisters: Martie (Ignatius) of Port au Port, Adeline of Stephenville and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Rose, three sisters, May, Gertie, Dot and one brother, Al. Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, November 8th at 10:00 a.m. at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville with Father Tim Moriarity officiating.
