Passed peacefully away at the John M. Gray Center on the 1st of November 2012, Ms. Mary Belle Patey of St. Anthony was in her 95th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her brother and sisters: Rosalie Spurrell, Violet Decker, Edmund (Ted) and Dennis Patey (Dorothy); nieces and nephews: Glenn Patey, Sharon Surrell, Kathy Morris (Colin), Janice Kattenbusch (Paul), Dion Patey (Darlene), Danny Patey (Stacey), Darren Patey (Tina); great-nieces and nephews: Danielle & Shawna Morris, Christopher & Natasha Patey, Lauren, Brooke & Nicholas Kattenbusch, Jordan Patey, Cayden & Logan Patey. She was predeceased by her parents Leslie T. Patey and Amelia Jane (Ash) Patey. Visitation was held at the funeral home from which the funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. on the 5th day of November, 2012 with Rev. Stephanie McClellan officiating. Interment followed at the Fishing Point United Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes Ltd., St. Anthony and Roddickton, Siobhan Mauger funeral director.
